Personally, I think the +chance for chip drop is a bit on the overpowered side, so in light of the new changes, Tem Scanner is going to remain the same with a single caveat.

+Accuracy to all attacks
Increase reward rate and increase drop rate
Does not count as a signature attack.
3 turn cooldown
If necessary, I will remove the +5 damage to attacks.
