Zeide was a bit disappointed in being reduced to a moving target, but he wasn't going to make himself too easy to hit. He attempted to find cover, but his focus was broken as he heard the rumbling noise of a shockwave approaching. He managed to side-step the first shockwave as the cowering met decided to use the opportunity to raise it's helmet and attack in unison with its partner. However, Zeide was able to avoid one of the shockwaves. The second connected, but it caused minimal damage (10dmg) and merely caused him to temporarily lose his balance. He swung his arms as he prevented himself from falling over, only then realizing that his programming had started to recover, and his arms were functional again.

"Okay that was a close call brother..." Calder sighed as he closed his eyes and pictured the fight plans in his head simulating the best move to make next. "Okay use Darkthunder again..." Zeide nodded raising his hands in anger as lightning stuck down into his claws warping into darkness and creating another barrier for Zeide. "Now Shotgun Battlechip In Download." Calder yelled as he chipped in Shotgun1 into Zeide's PET as Zeide's programming made the damage randomized. Zeide's anger caused him to quickly fire at the strongest Metool still fighting them the moment the Shotgun appeared. Zeide then steps back and waits for the enemy to move hoping to strike the second the 3rd Metool shows its face.

Zeide created another protective shield around himself and continued his attack. He quickly took aim towards one of the metools and fired. The shotgun blast seemed to have a little bit more power than normal, and quite easily blew the metool to pieces (60dmg). However, he didn't take much time to line up any of the other metools, so the spray of shot didn't hit any of the others. The other two retaliated with a pair of shockwaves that quickly dropped the protective barrier Zeide created a few seconds earlier (20dmg).

Calder demanded as he slotted in a Cannon Battlechip causing Zeide's arm to morph into a cannon firing at the revealed Metool quickly, Aiming now at the weaker Metool Zeide attempts to absorb the energy from the weakest Metool to heal himself just in case.

Zeide quickly swung his cannon towards the undamaged metool virus, which had its mattock raised to attack. Fortunately Zeide fired first, and blasted the metool away before it had the chance to attack. The last remaining Metool saw its allies get blown away in an instant, and suddenly began to regret attacking the Navi in the first place. As Zeide approached to make the kill, the Metool uttered a pained *meep!* as it ducked under its helmet. Zeide attempted to drain the energy out of the metool, but its helmet prevented its energy from getting sapped.

"Damn it..." Calder sad that it was taking so long to defeat such weak viruses hung his head in shame. "Calder I think we should just use my default weapon on it..." Zeide stated as Calder looked up and pictured the virus being deleted due to Zeide's charged booster shot. "Do it..." Calder laughed as Zeide prepared for the attack causing his claws and feet to glow a bright whitish color as he did so he smiled hoping it would connect. Zeide jump up into the air spinning like a tornado causing his feet and claws to detach and reattach into one shot that zooms at the Metool virus as fast as it could achieve. The claws and feet reattaching themselves to the original positions on Zeide's body the moment he lands again facing away from the virus.

The metool was rather safe under its protective helmet, but as soon as it peeked out to see if the Navi left, it was greeted with a face full of claws, which finally brought the virus down (8dmg).

"Good job Zeide..." Calder smirked at the defeat of the viruses and his first sum of money since his father cut him off besides the payment for his house and food he couldn't have his own money for anything to do with navis anymore so this small sum was a new way in to getting support for his navi. "Take a breather and look for more viruses..." Calder stated as he balanced the battlechips on his fingers again. "Hopefully the prize is better from stronger viruses..."

Calder still half asleep from nodded off just moments before was startled by the loud sirens, eyes screaming from pain of the bright flashing lights. "Mhh...What is that Zeide?" asking while covering his eyes. "Ca...No...Dumbs..." Zeide said slowing as he shifted his eyes to each cannon like virus he saw saying Ca while looking at A, No while looking at B, and Dumbs while looking at C. Zeide holds his claws up without a word or command from Calder still dazed by the sirens momentarily and snapped causing a quick thunder storm to occur striking him with electricity. The lighting forming into a dark forcefield around him swirling with shades of yellow and black.
While this happened Calder quickly regained his sense and slotted in the recharged battle chip Shotgun1 morphing Zeide's claw into a barrel. After melodramatically sounding out the name of his new foes, Zeide created a yellow and black force field around himself to prepare for the battle. Busting out a Shotgun battlechip, the randomized blast sailed forward into the targeted Canodumb, creating a burst that continued on to hit another turret behind cover. The first virus's cover practically evaporated from the shot.
Retaliating quickly, the only unaffected Canodumb blasted Zeide with its own shot. Luckily, the barrier he'd created only moments before absorbed the full attack.

Calder looked shocked that the Canodumbs didn't get deleted because of the Shotgun's fire. "Did the chip just do less damage then it should have?" he stared dumbfounded from the sight. "Seems the mods you added on me are starting to become corrupt..." Zeide answered blankly keeping his eye on the targets focusing on which to attack next.
"RageClaw1..." Calder mumbled as he slotted in the chip and Zeide's claws morph into slightly different claws. "Sweet..." Zeide said jokingly as he rared his new bear claws together sharping the claws as he runs towards the Cannon shaped viruses.
I wonder why Zeide's data is acting up... Calder thought as Zeide zoomed toward the middle virus picking him up with a corrupt sound as he threw it at its twin to the left using the momentum of the throw spinning his body 360 degrees. As Zeide approached the Canodumbs, the turrets began to let loose with their guns as they tried to pin down the navi before it could get any closer. One stray bullet was a hit on the navi's shoulder, but it didn't stop Zeide from unleashing its RageClaw to smash the two viruses together. He was able to get a solid cut through the other Canodumb while applying its own buggy property, strengthening it to the point of ripping the virus apart with a single attack.

Zeide walked along the ACDC network, unaware of the strange presence in the air as it started to become foggy. A very unusual weather pattern for this network, but the worst it did was hinder his view far away momentarily. However, he suddenly heard a childish laughter and realized three ghastly figures emerging out from the mist.
A group of Spookies hovered around one another as it smiled with blithe, unable to control themselves as they try to figure out a way to trick their new prey. Though it looked like this was it...a sound of a rolling tread was head some distances away, along with the sound of heavy machinery preparing. This isn't good.

The navi concealed it self with a protective barrier and began to approach the viruses hidden under the misty veil. Getting closer and closer, Zeide found two clay-red viruses, shaped oddly like a tank as its barrel acting as the nose. Knowing that they're in danger from the navi, the Kabutanks began to fire their bombs one after the other, bombarding Zeide.
His barrier stood strong as it barely withstood one explosion while the other missed, but it was broken the moment after when one of the Spooky teleported just in front of the navi and...licked the barrier off. Zeide prepared his rageclaw a second too late to keep his barrier, but he still managed to shred the apparition apart with one swing.

As Zeide's barrier fade he slashed at the mist left behind revealing both hands turned into bear claws, ready to claw at and smash up any foe. Calder was distracted by trying to figure out what was going on with Zeide to give him any commands so Zeide was on his own. "Rawr!!" Zeide left out a howl as he rushed towards his tank like enemies keeping low to the ground so the Kabutanks might shoot over him if they attempt to fire and that they might hit the Spooky viruses by mistake if they both tried an assault at the same moment.
