"Good going, Firebird." Jake smiled at his navi, who was beginning to walk on, deeper into ACDC Net.

"Thank you, Jake." Firebird looked around him, ready for anymore virii. "Of course," he added, "You were a big help."

"Well, this is easy," Firebird said as his hands returned. "But now it's time to finish it." He fired a few shots from his buster at the remaining virus.

1,2,3. Buster Shot

"Argh." Firebird grunted from the impact. "That could have gone better."

"Don't worry, Firebird," His operator said, "I'm sending you another chip now." Matthew slotted in a rageclaw chip. "There ya go. Finish them."

"No problem there." Firebird smiled as his hands were replaced by long claws. He leaped at the virii and slashed.

"Well, this should be interesting." Matthew sends his navi a cannon battlechip and a shotgun chip.

"Yes. Very." Firebird smiles as he calmly aims and fires at the virii.

Firebird appeared on the net, disguised now. "So, where shall I go?"

"Why not just wander around?" Matthew asked him.

"Yeah, you're right." Firebird started to wander ACDC's net, going nowhere in particular. He briefly thought about removing his disguise, but decided to keep it on. After all, he had his reasons for having the disguise in the first place.

Matthew awoke from a troubled sleep. As usual, he was sleeping behind a local chip shop, and he was lucky it had not rained the night before.

"Well, its another day, Firebird," he said to his navi, who was in his "home" inside Matthew's PET.

"Yeah," the navi said, "Are you gonna try to get some zenny today? Perhaps a better place to sleep?"

"Oh, get off it," Matthew walked around to the front of the shop, scowling at his PET. "I know I need to get a place to stay." He stopped walking and looked at the front door of the shop. "maybe getting on the net will take our minds off that."

"Maybe." Firebird shook his head, smiling in spite of himself. "And maybe we can get some zenny."

"Yeah." Matthew stepped inside the store and walked to the back, where a publicly accesible computer stood. "Now, to jack in, Firebird."

Appearance: He looks like an amorphous shadow most of the time. Underneath this disguise, however, he is a dark red, human-like navi with and wings on his back. He does not have the usual armor. Instead, he has a black shirt and pants that always seem to be moving (as if blown by wind). He has brown hair.
Personality: His personality is similar to Matthew's, except Phoenix is usually a lot colder and less friendly than his operator.
Custom Weapon: Wing Shield- Reflects weak to moderate strength attacks. If he tries it on too powerful an attack, however, he is dealt double damage.
Signature Attack: Healing Fire- Firebird sends a blast of fire at one enemy. Does thirty damage and heals Firebird by the same amount. 2 turn cooldown.
