Dartman let out a sigh and plodded a seat on the ground. Cid perked up "Ok, you promissed, lets quit now before you end up deleated." He sounded extra uptight today.

"Fine fine" he replied. If he refused then Cid would get anxious and he might very well end deleated.

"Alright, I'm Jacking out" Cid siad

"Rodger" spoke dartman, vanishing in a beam of light.

Dartman laughed as the attacks fell inchesaway from hitting him "Stay focused, a split second later and you'd have been hit" came Cid's voice, filled with worry.

"Relax will you, otherwise you'll end up with gray hair" Came dartmans sarcastic reply.

"Just finnish them off" Cid commanded

"Fine" Replyed Dartman, loading in the next chip Cid had sent. His arm transformed itno a gatteling gun, firing off three breif rounds trained on the remaining Shrubby. "I will"

Knowing that one Vulcan wouldn't be enough, Dartman followed up his attack with another blast fom the Cannon, hopeing to catch the Virus by suprise. Next he turned his attention to the last CanoDumb. "Cid, Shotgun" Dartman shouted. Not responding, Cid fes in the chip. Dartman took careful aim, waiting till the last possible second before opening fire on the Virus.

Dartman cast his eyes about, gauging the threat of his opponents. "Cid, what do you think?" He asked.

"The Canodumbs don't look so tough, but I havn't encountered Shrubby's before" Replied Cid, being as cautionary as usual. "But they look like they might be good targets for that new chip we got" he added after a moments thought.

"Alright, lets get this show on the road" Issued Dartman, Dodging to the side, visior a blaze with data. He locked the Shrubby in his sights and fired. The flamig shot sizzeled the air in its passing, as it bore down on the virus. "With any luck, I might catch the other shrubby in the backblaze"

"Dartman, aim for the Canodumbs" shouted Cid, uploading the next chip. As the data loaded into his system, Dartman blasted the shoutgun at the green cannon.

2. Heatshot+aim at ShrubbyA and Shrubby B(40)
3. Shotgun at CanoDumb A and Canodumb B (50)

"Man that was a blast" laughed Dartman "it's been a while since I had a fight that fun."

"Don't get cooky, or you'll be the one deleted next time" came Cid's voice, sounding like a stern father.

"I cant help it, I was programmed Cocky" Dartman replied. The battle had been wonderful. His subroutines were a whirl. He felt 100% better then usual.

"common Cid, one morew...for me" begged Dartman, puppydog eyes where none had been before.

"I don't know..."

"Pleaseeeeeeee" Dartman fell to his nees, pleeding.

"Fine, a few more." Cid gave in at last. Dartman sent his sensors, pinpointing the nearest virii he could find. "And were off" He said, before running towards the virii, grinning like the devil himself.

"Ya...your right" Cid answered, he didn't even look at Sieg. Part of him was still in shock over what had just happened, the rest was confused and scared about being in debt to the NetMafia.

Cid started to walk away, he knew that something more should be said, but could decide to say. His shyness had recided a bit afer spending a little time with Sieg, but his mind wasn't thinking clearly.

When he was almost out of the park, he turned back and yelled "Hay, I'll...See you around." he even gave a weak smile. Then he continued to walk away "You did good today Cid" said Dartman from Cid'set.

Arriving at his house, Cid trew himself back down on the sofa and tryed to relax. As he slid deeper into the coushins, Dartman chimed in "You know Cid, I had a great time netbattleing today. And You definatly were enjoying it. Maybe we should start battling a bit more ofter?"

Cid didn't hear him, he was already asleep.

Just wondering what other Forum based RPG you guy's are in. If you could give a breif description/rating of them as well, so that others can see if there's something they want to join, that would be great.

Set in the world of Bleach, the site recently changed to v3. Despite this Rping will get started soon. A good site, great battles and excelent character development.

Dartman took in the situation in a heartbeat. Two lowly MeTool's and a spikey. "Bring it!" he taunted. Considering his options, Dartman's scanner was a buzz with data. The Spikey was clearly a bigger threat then the MeTools. "Cid, I need a shotgun and a cannon, quick."

"here they come" replied Cid, Dartman already downloading the data. Squaring his shights on the Spikey, Dartman swong his arm about to bring the chip to bear. The bullet dashed accrost the dataspace, drawing closer to the unfortunate Virus every second. With luck, Dartman hoped to catch one of the MeTools in the fire. Hoping to carry his momentum into the next attack, Dartman pressed his offense "Hope you like Cannon" he bellowd, Grinning like the devil as the second attack homed in on the Spikey.

"And now for the big finish" he thought with glee. Diving through the enemie, Dartman flew towards the second Metool. His hair whipped atop his head, legs a mear blur. Leaping above the battle feild, Dartman threw his Dart with all his might at the virus. Landing with a roll, he tumbled to his feet.

3. Bulls-eye at MeToolB(40 damage+Dodge)(3 turn cool down)

Dartman appeared in his traditional flash of light. Glancing around, Dartman did his usuall sweep of the area, nothing unuaual caught his sensors, so he seemed to be safe for now. "Alright Cid, what do you want to do today" he asked.

Cid's reply came rather lathergicly "I don't really know. Lets just see what we can find"

"Cool, what do you say we bust some virius to pass the time, its been ages since the last time we got to blast the Virii into oblivion? Come on, please?"

Cid could see that his navi was set and ready to go busting. "Oh...fine, well go virii hunting"

With a woop of joy, Dartman headed out into the net.

(insert virius attack here please)

Dartman was for the second time in as meny minutes, speechless. After a second or to of sencless stammering, his mind seemed to reboot "Well goodie, we just became bestis buddies with the mob!" the sacrasim was layerd on so thick that his words almost were dripping with contempt.

Surpressing his anger at being indebted to the mob, Dartman turned back to Valkyrie. "Guess now may not be the best time for our match."he paused for a second to check his sensors "I'd give the NetPolice about thirty seconds before they get here. We'd better Jack out"

"Alright" cimed in Cid "Dartman Jack out"

"Rodger" said Dartman, vanishing in a flash of light.

"Huh? Wha?.....Who now?" stammered dartman. Clearing his throat toregain his composure, Dartman finaly got out "Um...Thanks." his usual eloquence seem do be malfunctioning.

Dartman tryed to recall what had just happened. He had bravly and heroicly thrown himself into the midst of combat agains overwhelming odds. His grace/skill/overall amazingness didn't seem to cut it, and he sttod ready to die from police fire.

But then he was saved by a barrier the materilized between him and the Police, but more importantly, between him and the polices bullets. The sheild rebounded the bullets back on to the NetPolice and shreaded them with ease. Dartman internaly scolded himself for not detecting the presance of the new navi sooner. He guessed that the jammer was interfearing with his equiptment.

Dartman made a quick cheack of his sensors to see if Valkyrie had survived and found her still alive. His sence of honer told him that he was now horrible indebted to the new navi. Better start geting some information.

walking over to his rescuer, Dartman extended his hand in greeting "Hay there, I'm Daartman, over there's Valkyrie. If you dont mind me asking, Who are you, why did you save us and what did you mean by "we haven't got all day""?

"There definatly fast acting, I have to give them that" thought Dartman. The overwhelming show of police force caught him off guard "Dont you guys have anything better to do?" he asked, not really expecting an answer.

"Hay Dartman" asked Cid "This dosn't look good"

"You opponion has been noted and will be taken into account." replyed Dartman glumly. He was still sore from fighting off a few regular NetPolice. But THIS....THIS was insane.

Dartman, putting his ego aside for a moment, wondered if he should just surrender. Doubtless Cid would be thinking the same thing. But Valkyrie, no she wouldn't surrender. And Dartman couldn't stand the idea of leaving a comrad in battle.

But there was still the little problem of being outgunned ten to one. And they were already worn down from there other encounter. The choice weiged heavily on his shoulders.

"Dartman..." came Cid's voice, timid and shaking "...We.....we should stand and fight"

Well that decided it. Cid, the timid little kid who Dartman had never seen stand up for himself was drawing his line in the sand. Dartman held back a cheer of joy. Cid was slowly emerging from his shell.

"Alright, gimme two shotguns on my mark"

"Ready"

"MARK!" Dartman dived into the air, fireing the shotgun blasts one after the other. Both shots screemd through the air, hurtuling towards there targets. "Lucky me they are standing in nice neat rows".Not waiting to see if his attack found its mark, he landed and was off sprinting. His body was almost a blur as he dashed into the enemie group, Summer saulting once....twice....and springing ito the air. He picked a target and sent his dart flying at the unfortunate officer. Grabbing the edge of the Jammer as he swooped by, he twisted around behind the device, hopeing to find some cover from the return fire.

"What a day" he thought

3. Bulls-eye at Netpolice Elite S (40+dodge, three turn cool down)

Dartman arrived first at the sight of the disturbance, but hung back a ways, watching the source. It was definatly a jammer, and from the looks of it, a strong one at that. The Jammer itself was a small monolith, slighly taller then the average Navi. Though Dartman had seen a few Jammers in his time, he had never seen one like this. Its surface was perfectly smooth and jet black. Every few seconds, it admited a small pulse that was erily similar to a human heartbeat. The sections of the net around it shimmerd and blurred as if distorted by an unseen force.

It was almost a work of art. Who ever made this knew what they were doing. Evenstanding at the distance he was, he could feel the power exuded by the Jammer.

Dartman turned as Valkyrie came up beside him. "Thats it." he whispered. Suddenly his scanners flared to life "Whoa We've go incoming hostility" was all he could manage before the attack was on top of them.

"Hmmmm...a Jammer eh. Well something like that shouldn't be to hard to find."

Dartman turned on his sensor array, sweeping the area from side to side. For the next few minutes, his scan failed to pick up anything. No Jammer was to be found. He was beginning to think that there was no jammer, and that something else was preventing them from Jacking out. But then his array picked up an abnormality in the net space, almost out of range.

"I've go something. A big distortion, centerd about a click away at 26 degrees North West."

Pausing only to double check his readings, Dartman started off towards the source of the distortion. As he ran, he shouted to Valkyrie "Hay Val if there is a jammer, it'll probably be guarded. Be on your toe's."

Dartman relaxed as the last Police Navi. For a moment he thought that his system was damaged in the fight, because his sensors told him that the Jack out Function was still inoperable.

"Hay Cid, can you run a quick diagnosis on me, I think my sensors are malfunctioning."

"Ya...Sure, one sec" answered Cid. After a few moments, he came back on "Nope, your sensors are working fine."

"But how can that be, We got rid of the Netpolice, we should be able to Jack Out"

"Im...not sure" Cid's voice sounded far more frightened then normal. Dartman Toyed with the idea. Why was he stuck on the net?

"Hay Val, can you Jack out? For some reson, the system won't let me." Questiond Dartman, approaching the other navi.

"Cid, one left" exclaimed Dartman with glee.

"I see him" Replied Cid, adding "One more chip should do it"

"Lets finish this!" roared Dartman as he loaded the chip data. Ducking and weaving through the enemie fire. His goggles gave him a constant update to his targets position. Taking aim, Dartman brought his hand to bare, pointed dead center at the remaining Police program.

"See ya" he remarked with a grin, Opening fire with his cannon.

Dartman winced a little as the shot glanced his side. But he returned his attention to the fight. He suddenly relized he was a bit to close to the center of combat for comfert. Ducking and dodging, Dartman put some distance between himself and his opponents.

"Dartman, incoming Cannon" came Cid's voice.

"Rodger that"

Placing the net police he had missed with the shotgun in his sights, Dartman blasted the cannon shot. He had always like the Cannon chip. It was simple, easy to aim and packed a good punch.

Seeing that the officer he had hit with his darts wasn't doing so well, Dartman launched a cluster of his darts at the wounded program.

1. Dodge
2. Cannon at Police D (40)
3. D-Darts at Police C (unsure of how this works )

Dartman watched as the other navi began to fight the police. His visor gave him a constant feed of data, but it all told him the same thing. She was out numbered.

"Cid, We have to get in there or Valkyrie's probably going to get deleated." Dartman knew that deep down, Cid wanted to help out, but just needed a little prodding.

after a moments hesitation, Cid responded "Alright, go get um Dartman"

"You got it"

In a flash, Dartmans empty hands were once again filled with his projectiles. Dashing forward, Dartman weaved through the enemie ranks. Leaping into the air, he spun like a top, using his momentum to give his dart an extra boost. He fired at the leader, point blank with his dart. Landing as if it were second nature, Dartman Dodged to the side getting two of the officers in his lie of sight.

"Cid, hit me with a chip"

"On its way"

Firing the shot, Dartman watched as the attack catapulted towards the two officer programs.
