Mindless grinding...

A spiral of white data suddenly beamed down from the Net's sky, colliding with the ground and splattering all over the place. For a while, it looked like that was it, but then a massive amount of small 3d digits, ones and zeroes to be exact, shot down right after it, diving into the white goo-stuff. Finally, the data molded itself into a humanoid form; Binary had arrived.

"Alright, Binary, you know the drill. Just look around for viruses," Chris said, still fooling around with the PUs and inputting various lines of code into them.

"AFFIRMATIVE!" Binary called, then morphed his lower body into a large, singular wheel, making him look like some demented unicycle. Rolling off in some totally random direction, Binary activated his viral scanners and set his battle routines on stand-by.

((Damn you all for coming into the area I HAVE to mod. But does anyone mod me? I thought so. Grah, there's always a bright side. There's always a bright side. <thinks happy thoughts>))
Even though his default form was incapable of feeling emotion, Binary was still confused as all hell. He'd been falling into the Netscape below the panels, still Crossed with Splashman and with Red falling beside him, then he'd been jacked out by Montag into the PET, but then he reappeared in an ordinary section of ElecTown Net out of SplashCross.

And Chris was shouting garbled garbage at him. He was very, VERY confused.

Finally, Chris' voice started making sense as he continued on, "...that Countbomb chip. Plant it in the Cacty group, then just dodge around until it goes off. Should break any sort of monotony you might've had, though the fight with Beatnik couldn't really be considered monotonous, seeing as we never used the ElecReels. Got it?"

"AFFIRMATIVE!" Binary confirmed, and was sent data for a Countbomb. It felt restrained, like an egg; it wouldn't hatch unless given time. He would let it have it's time.

Binary's head suddenly disappeared off his head, making a large, visible bulge in his body. The bulge travelled down his body, eventually hitting the floor and starting to extend across it, becoming as thin as it could to avoid attracting suspicion. After all, viruses were unpredictable; they could have unknown levels of intelligence usually determined by their 'breed,' but there were exceptions. Hoping down beneath his Navi shell that none of these viruses were any smarter than they should be, Binary formed the bomb.

A dome of gel formed in the midst of the Cacty group, but with no black digits swirling around inside it. Instead, there were little globes of what looked like pure light; no colour at all, just light. Like the usual digits, they never collided, but instead ran their unusually swift course around the globe of substance.

Meanwhile, Binary dropped the wheel he'd had prior to this, and instead formed a long, sleek serpentine tail completely opposite to the huge, bulky appendage he grew in SplashCross. He began to slither about in long S-curves, doing his best to keep the Cactys from noticing the Countbomb. If they noticed it, he would have deployed his head for absolutely nothing.

"Binary, do you recall being sent any data from Red before you jacked out?" Chris asked.

"AFFIRMATIVE! UNKNOWN DATA TRANSFERRED IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO EMERGENCY JACK-OUT!" Binary said.

"Well, that's awesome," Chris muttered, opening up his recently-fixed email account and composing an email.

"Keep it up, Binary," Chris said, chugging a coffee that he'd either just bought seconds ago, or produced from hammerspace.

Binary continued to slither his way around the Cacty group, diverting their attention from the rather suspicious glob of gel in the middle of the group. His snakelike tail whipped out behind him as he glided across the panels, their warm surface buzzing with some unknown energy.

"Binary, might wanna get a little farther away from that thing, it's looking a bit, you know, unstable?" Chris said, trying to get the point across.

True enough, the Countbomb was looking a bit closer to exploding. The glowing orbs were moving more erratically now, coming dangerously close sometimes to hitting each other. Once in a while the lights try even to break out of the shell itself; thankfully they never do.

Binary taunts the opponents, and then dodges out of the way. The Countbomb ticks down. One Cacty swings its head around, trying to decipher the source of the ticking, but doesn't find it, yet.

"Binary?" Chris asked, wary. The Navi didn't listen, continuing to just snake his way around the group like a shark awaiting his kill. "Binary?" he asked again. The Navi again didn't listen. "BINARY, GET THE HELL BACK!" he yelled.

Binary stopped just in time to hear Chris say this, then turned his headless body to face the bomb. The light fragments were just barely missing each other, rubbing against the outside of the shell and barely scratching through. The entire thing was vibrating with an ominous hum. "That thing looks like it's gonna blow," Chris said.

Binary quickly brought his tail around him to try and reverse direction, but it was too late. All at once, the lights collided with a flash of light, and the thing began to shake terribly.

"...FORNICATION."

The world went to hell; it was like Beatnik's last move all over again. A collosal explosion was all Binary could see; an intense shockwave sweeping across the ground. Binary tried vainly to get away, but the force sent him sailing through the air, landing at least fifty feet away. A mushroom cloud not unlike that of a real-world nuclear weapon's explosion was all Binary could really see. Granted, it was much, much smaller, but it would still definitely be enough to blow the Cactys to hell and back.

"Binary, you alright?" Chris asked, while recording the explosion just because it looked epic.

"AFFIRMATIVE!" Bianry called back. He then turned his headless body and then realized something, "APPENDAGE ABSENT!"

"Ehh, you can live with losing your head. You can just grow a new one, remember?" Chris asked.

"AFFIRMATIVE!" Binary confirmed, and quickly sprouted another head immediately afterwards.

And with that done, Operator and Navi turned to watch the fireworks. Just for good measure, Chris sent Binary a Firehit and told him to make sure there was nothing left. Binary took the data, and his right arm immediately began to glow white-hot; it basically just got brighter. He stretched his arm out and did a long sweep through the intense cloud of smoke, trying to hit anything that may have survived.

1/2/3: Sit back and watch the fireworks

4. Firehit1 to anything left (50x2)

Countbomb countdown: I don't care anymore, if it went boom this turn, cool. If not, then who really gives a flying rat's ass?
The bomb explodes, killing all the viruses and making one wonder why they didn't at least attempt to destroy the thing.

"Well, that was epic," Chris said lightly, sipping his coffee, "Nice blast, Binary."

Binary stayed silent, opting instead to simply search on for more viruses. He discarded the snake tail and instead curled his gel-body into a fetal ball. His features started vanishing, eventually becoming a perfect sphere. The ball of gel and digits started rolling onwards, not really caring about any particular direction. Suddenly, a multitude of black digits not unlike those swirling around within Binary's systems appeared, covering his body a bit like the Firewall's effects, though fall weaker.

"Oh yeah, I forgot I got that thing," Chris mumbled, looking at Binary's rarely-used NaviCust and seeing the FirstBarrier's program stored within, taking up a good deal of the space.

Battle 2 Begin
Binary rolled into the group of viruses, taking in their various strengths and weaknesses. Granted he utilized the correct chips, he could very easily destroy the entire fleet with little effort. With a jolt, he killed his momentum and called, "REQUESTING: ELECREEL1x2, BOOMERANG1 BATTLECHIP DATA!"

Chris nodded and flashily held the chips up the sky. "This hand of mine is burning red! It's loud roar tells me to slot in victory!" he said jokingly, drawing a few odd looks from the customers around him before he sent Binary the chips.

Binary's sphere started contorting, rapidly flattening itself to the ground, then immediately stretching up towards the heavens. This continued until the very shape of his sphere in the milliseconds it was a normal ball-shape was morphed, becoming more of a pear on it's side. Finally, a ring of gel from Binary's side got too stressed from the constant morphing; it broke off, forming a spinning ring around Binary's now-slowing spherical shape. He looked vaguely planetlike, were it not for the fact that there was not a single planet in existance that was translucent and white with black digits floating around inside it.

Binary-the-planet lifted and shifted backwards, leaving the rotating ring of data spinning away in front of him. He stretched out a tentacle from his body, and stabbed it into the ring for a split second, injecting it with the data for the Boomerang. Immediately the ring changed, the edges becoming much sharper and the thing whirling around much faster than before. It was ready to launch, so it did, whizzing through the air with a deadly hum towards the only real logical target: the Billies. It cut through the air as it spun towards the virsues; it was a harbinger of Wood.

Binary's second assault had already begun within the depths of his consciousness; he had just booted up the EMP and was currently feeding a single ElecReel chip with it's power. The already-powerful chip suckled greedily on it like a starving child with it's bottle, growing more powerful with each passing second. After a few more seconds of letting the ElecReel draw from his excess power, he stopped the feed lest it start taking from what wasn't excess, and brought it out on the Armadils.

Numerous stiff, pylon-like tentacles shot from Binary's sphere-like body, sticking straight out of his body. A second hum could be heard, but of a different, more powerful variety than the Boomerang's spin. It was the sound of pure electricity attempted to be contained; sure it could try to happen, but eventually the sheer force of the electricity would force it's way out. When it did, it sucked to be the one in it's way.

The tentacles started glowing white-hot and visibly vibrating from the amount of energy they were containing. They wouldn't last long; Binary knew this well, so he let it out early.

The tentacles jammed themselves into the ground around the sphere, and the ground sprang to life. Shining white bolts of raw electricity lanced out in all directions, but mainly focused on the Armadils. They travelled along the ground almost too fast for the eye to detect, making a very audiable crackling noise ring out through the Net. Every so often the lightning bolts would send sparks flying above the panels, which would make blinding flashes as they collided with the ground. It was far beyond the uncontrolled storms that Binary had conjured as 1001; it was like a sword, originally dull and unmastered but newly tempered, ready to slice through anything it's edge came into contact with.

The bolts eventually ran themselves out, only for Binary to send a second wave out. These ones, however, shined a bit duller than the light show he'd just conjured, and didn't seem to be aimed towards anywhere. Binary did a long, careful scan to make sure that he hadn't forgot anything. If he did see something, he'd give them a taste of what raw electricity felt like.

1. Boomerang1 to Billies (60x2, Multi-Attack)

2. EMP (add +20 to first ElecReel1's hits)

3. EMP ElecReel1 to Armadils (100, To-All Clause)

4. ElecReel1 to anything remaining (80, To-All Clause)
The boomerrang takes out two of the billies before returning to Binary. Then the elecreel crashes into the trio of Armadil and the entire group is fried. Binary is then left alone with just a single billy which he proceeds to fry with his final Elecreel.

"Well, that was...efficient, to say the least," Chris remarked.

"CONTINUING SEARCH!" Binary said, still in his ball. He started rolling, collecting the leftover data on the way while he was at it until he was stopped by Chris.

"Nah, let's do something funner. C'mon, I'm jacking you out," Chris said. With an, "AFFIRMATIVE!" Binary's gel frame started peeling off of itself and extending to the heavens in an insanely long tentacle, pulling itself away from the Net with it and back into the PET.
