For everyone else, rejoice (a little, anyhow)! Your sigs are getting l33t. Well, better than they are anyhow.
What's this, great Teddy? Why, it's simple. Demon is declaring a general +20 point boost to all Sig attacks that use an action.
Note, the +20 DOES NOT raise your cap.
Example:
Starting Sig at 1 TCD can now do 60. Cap is still 70. XD
