"So what're we doing here, anyway? That's what you're gonna ask, right?" Joanne spoke cockily, looking at the terminal in front of her.

"Because Mister Milefront asked you to clear this computer of viruses as a favor to him. He said there might be something for your grades in it for you if you did." Traceur recited, near word for word. He had recorded the conversation, at Joanne's command for future possible use in blackmail. She'd delete it later, but she needed the proof for now. Milefront was never as good as his word.

"Well uh, yeah, but why were we here?" Joanne asked, rolling her eyes.

"To go check out the beach, mostly. Since I have an innate advantage toward water-based viruses and such, I had assumed that was why we were going here." Traceur was still a bit stiff after Burt, but couldn't really understand an alternate reason than that.

"Ugh. It's so that we can take a break, but we got fanagled into this." With that, Joanne made a flourish and plugged her navi in.
