Back Again...

Zeo walked down the sidewalk, taking in the calm air of ACDC. He yawned, tired, due to some late nights trying to convince his friend that one navi lost was not the end of the world. He'd ended up sending his navi to cheer his friend up. It was unfortunate, but his navi hadn't minded helping out, and for that Zeo was grateful. Reaching into his shoulder holster, he pulled out his PET and looked at the familiar navi inside.

"I'm in the mood for some busting. You ready to start again?" said Zeo, scanning the area for a port.

"Definitely," replied the navi, stretching. It had been a long time.

Zeo smiled and approached a phone booth. He pulled out his meager supply of BattleChips, and said with obvious elation:

"Jack in, ViralMan! Execute!"
As he stepped out of the phone booth, a disgruntled businessman waiting outside pushed Zeo out of the way and entered the booth.

"Whoops. Maybe I should have got out of the booth after I sent you in," he said, walking down the sidewalk.

ViralMan was laying down in the PET, his hands behind his head. "Doesn't matter now. What's done is done."

Zeo stopped a few feet from the Metroline entrance. "Still, I-"

"You're going to miss the train," his navi interrupted bluntly.

That startled Zeo. He yelped and dashed down the stairs, nearly tripping. "Hey! I've still got ten minutes!" he exclaimed. ViralMan laughed and responded, "I know. But you were dwelling on insignificant things, so I stopped you."

Zeo muttered something unintelligible as he strode towards the train.
