Sarah's homepage is simple, but gets the job done. A round blue platform floats above the park of an illusionary city, with a pathway branching off that leads into the net, and another pathway directly opposite where Basilisk appears when plugged into the computer. Despite its plainness, Basilisk can alter the homepage to bring in simple furniture, play music, change the time or season of the city, and play videos. Since Basilisk is the only one who knows how to access the data, its fairly safe to keep public.
A lone program wanders the homepage, which will take messages to relay to Sarah and Basilisk. It's not very reliable, though.
