Appearance: Cypher.Exe is an armored humanoid Navi. His body is covered from head to toe in a suit of futuristic, form fitting body armor. The majority of the armor is crafted from a highly flexible material designed to soften blows and intercept attacks while allowing a full range of movement. This material is enhanced with nano machines and servos to increase Cypher's base strength and agility beyond that of the average Navi. The chest, wrists, shins and shoulders of the suit are reinforced by sturdier plates of armor to allow maximum protection in those areas. The shoulder armor extends into a fan across his back in order to protect his neck. The armor along his right wrist is bulkier, concealing a touch screen that allows Cypher access to supplementary data and the use of several specialized abilities designed for combat. Spreading from the waist of the suit is a long flap of cloth that hangs much like a cloak or coat would, in a semi circle around Cypher's legs with the opening in the front. This cloth is used primarily to conceal Cypher's weapon holster, though it also gives him a sleeker form when submerged in liquids. Speaking of the holster, it is positioned on Cypher's left hip and is built into the armor. It slides open and closed automatically to give the Navi access to his plasma pistol. Cypher's helmet is of a unique design and completely hides his identity. The front has no features, resembling the smooth surface of a polished stone. Parts of the "face" of the helmet light up with an inner silver light when Cypher speaks or utilizes the suit's abilities. The suit, including the helmet, is jet black with small instances of silver embellishments. The cloak around his legs is also silver. Cypher's symbol is located on the left side of his chest in the form of a small badge. The symbol is a silver sword with feathery wings extending from the cross guard. However, the symbol seems worn and faded and likes the polish and shine of the rest of the armored suit.
Personality: Cypher is a no nonsense Navi. He has been around for a number of years and has seen the evils of the world first hand. He was once a NetPolice Navi, but he and his partner stumbled across some suspicious dealings. His partner was murdered for that discovery and Cypher was almost deleted and was forced into hiding for several years. He doesn't know who killed his partner, though he has his suspicions, and no real proof. Thus, his goal in life is to route out those responsible for killing his friend. Cypher no longer trusts in the law and its supposed justice to handle criminals and has decided to take the law into his own hands. He doesn't pull his punches and will only give a criminal one warning before deleting them without hesitation. He has come out of hiding to protect Enjolie, the daughter of his former NetOp, and to ensure that she does not suffer due to the corruption and evils of the world. He wants to protect her from evil, even if he has to kill anyone that stands in the way of that goal.
Custom Weapon: Plasma Pistol - A futuristic weapon that fires bolts of silver energy. At melee range, the weapon can be adjusted to create a small blade of searing hot plasma that can cut through most substances. The weapon is fueled by super heated steam.
