Look, the Contest has been halted enough. I say just announce the winner. Don't let the straddlers walk all over you...(this happened to me this summer and the people who submitted late WON!!!!)

It's been months. They aren't going to do it, so just end it already.

Just PM them if you haven't already, then end it tonight regardless. I don't think we can expect anything from Forte, but Shar hust have at least a torso...
