Kamoku entered the store again, looking kind of withdrawn from what was going on around her, quietly stepping up to the counter, then blushing when she realised she couldn't see over the top of it. Shinokami floated onto the counter, sensing her blush, and placed the order for her.
"Three Process Upgrades and one HP Memory, please."
Kamoku reached upwards and placed 2100z on the counter.

"Right," Suitachi grunted as he swiped the money and placed the parts on the counter.
"Have a nice day," the owner stated, as he started to shave in public.

Waling into the shop, Shigeru slammed his upgrades on the counter, and a large amount of zennies he had.
Alright, Suitachi. I have 12000z. I'd like 16000z in refund for my process upgrades. I'd like to purchase a Speed Upgrade, 2 HP Memories, costing 15500 zennies overall, leaving me with 10500z. I'd like to also purchase 12 of the new process upgrades, costing me 7800 zennies more. Then, I'm left with 2700z. You're considerably richer, I'm considerably happier, and we all go away from this satisfied. Deal?
Voltman just looked at Shigeru incredulously.
Did you do that all in your HEAD?!
(Yeah. What Shigeru said.)

I... that... what? Suitachi replied, whipping out a calculator and plugging in the figures carefully. Double checking his answers, he pulled out the upgrades, pulled away the old upgrades, and took a large amount of zennies from Shigeru.
(-23300z from PA. Get: 1 SU, 2HPMem, 12 PU's)

Thanks, Suitachi! Shigeru yelled, leaving the packaging for all the upgrades on the counter, and slotting in the upgrades to Voltman.

Wes walked into the shop sometime later. He was about to charge the desk when he noticed a sign detailing the problems with the old PUs and talking about a new system. He also noticed that he would get a refund for his old PUs. He added them up to find that he would recieve..... 26000z back!? Hot damn.
Wes now walked up to the desk and laid the old upgrades on the counter, "I'd like to exchange these for some of the new ones. Ten, if you have that many. That should come to 26000z refunded total. Now subtract 5500 from the new and I'll be at 20500 refund. I'll also take a third Speed Upgrade, lowering your bill to 5500z. Since that will make me eligible for another two PUs, I'll do just that, making it 3200z you owe me." Wes paused. He was glad his PET had a calculator. He stared for a moment, "Don't worry. You'll most likely get the rest of it back sometime in the near future."
Summery:
26000z refund (2 PU 1s, 2 PU 2s, 1 PU 3)
-15000z Speed Upgrade
- 7800 for 12 PUs
--------------------------------------
3200z refund

Suitachi groaned, clutching his head as he plugged the amounts into his calculator once more, and completed yet another complicated transaction.
There. Done.
He wandered into the back, grabbing an icepack on his way out.

"Sorry, I guess..." the shop owner's grunt made him feel a bit guilty. He began to walk out of the store, "Well, at least you aren't the manufacturer...." He stopped. Who was to say Suitachi didn't have some odd device in the back that popped out expensive programs? Perhaps the loss from the refunds was all his own. Wes might have said a bad thing. He quickly raced out the door. Back to ACDC!

Adam walked in and up to the front desk. "I was supposed to get the process upgrade here, right?"
(I get a free PU because AdrianX is level 1, right? Or do I have to pay for it because Adam didn't have any PUs before the update to have refunded?)

Upon arrival, Zanzo quickly led Keito to the shop, opened the door and walked in fleet-footed. "Not to intterupt or anything, but my friend and I have a problem with our PETs, and I believe it has something to do with our Process Upgrades, although I can't be sure." He said, somewhat hurriedly...

Keito walked in the store with a brisk stride following Zanzo. He scanned the room and noticed several other people strolling about. Seems they weren't the only ones with Navi problems. He walked up to the counter beside Zanzo and placed his PET on the table.

Zolem walked in rather nervously. He was actually sort of emberaced that he didn't need to reconfigure the compatability of any PUs liek the others probably did. He was too new in his secound bout of netbattling, and had sold all his old gear. "*ahem* Excuse me. I would like to purchase two Process Upgrades, and an HP memory. The total I beleive would be, *checks price list one more time to be sure* onethousand threehundered zenney."

Zanzo's Calculations: 13000-100-200-300-400-500-600-800=10100z Refund.
New pool:60+40+40+40+40+40+40+40+40=380
Keito's Calculations: 5000-100-200-300-400-500=3500z Refund.
New pool:60+40+40+40+40+40=260
(RAIKOTSU, PUT YOUR GODDAMNED LEVEL IN YER SIG. >:0 NEXT TIME I HAVE TO GO THROUGH CALCULATING THAT AND THIS, I'LL LEAVE YOUR POST ALONE UNTIL SOMEONE ELSE TELLS YOU TO PUT YOUR LEVELS IN. RAWR.)
Adam's Calculations: Divide by zero makes me happy. 0 Refund.
New pool:60+40=100 Simple calculations make me happy.
Suitachi messed with their pets for a second, fixing them all and then whimpering as he stumbled into the back room, collapsing into a fetal position and shivering.

AdrianX smirked. "Well, it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, but it'll do. I do feel as if I have more potential..."
Adam smiled. "Good, then let's get back to ACDC."
Adam left the shop and headed back to ACDC.

"What a line..." Joseph muttered under his breath, as he tapped his foot impatiently until it was his turn.
"I suppose I'm here for the reason the rest of this bunch are--" He gestured back at the crowd with his thumb. Let's get on with it, shall we?" Reluctantly, he placed his PET on the counter for whatever Suitachi was going to do...

"Whew..." Zanzo sighed. "That's a lot of Z. I don't think I can walk out of here with that much. Hm....I'll take two HPMemories and two more Process Upgrades instead....Um, as soon as you collect yourself, I mean." Zanzo said nervously. "Sorry..."
2 HPMems(3000 and 3500 for a total of 6500)
2 PUs(900 and 1000 for a total of 1900)

"Thank you once again for your help, I should get started on reworking the system... Could I get two Process upgrades?"
Keito reached into his pocket and pulled out his money. He gave Suitachi a slightly worried look.
"you should really take a vacation... a long one."

Suitachi scooped Zolem's money across the counter, handing him the upgrades without a further speck of attention. All of the NaviCust dealer's energies were focused on the Operators who had come in asking for their refunds.
He fiddled with Joseph's PET, murmuring under his breath to himself. "All right, that's 3000z back for the Process Upgrade you already have installed, and 1500 for the new ones. 1500z back," he said finally, going for the cash register. Suitachi absently handed the Zenny over to Joseph, turning to Zanzo instead.
He doled out the two HP Memories and the pair of Process Upgrades, shooting Zanzo a distracted thumbs-up as he dumped the money into the till. "No problem."
Before Keito could retact, Suitachi had grabbed his PET and was quickly flicking through menus as he had done to Joseph's. He dug around in the till, counted out some of the money that he had scooped up, and dropped 3500z on the counter in front of him. "Sorry, pal, but you've already got all the Process Upgrades that your Navi can handle. Come back in a couple of levels to get those Upgrades."
He looked around, as if expecting more customers, but seemed nearly surprised to see that the patrons on the other side of the counter were the only ones present.
"There you go," Suitachi finished as if he didn't really mean it, turning back to the rather hefty manual on the new series of Process Upgrades that lay open on the counter. As ever, the note stuck to the door of the shop was blatant: 'You've been Suitachi'd.'
