Mach's .GMO Mission

"My dream will not fall! At least not to you brats!" the monster roared as Machman hit him head-on with his Blizzard chip. The blob screeched as it fired a spray of bullets at the Speedster, who dodged out of the way and sent out his Bubble Traps, which were all instantly skewered by three spikes, rendering the attack ineffective. By this time, Aera had finished charging and the duo let out the lightning barrage of the week, zapping the blob senseless. It shakes off its stun within moments and bellows, "I WILL NOT DIE! YOU DIE!" before sending two giant claws at the two, one missing, and other hitting Machman, who blocked the attack and sent a flying punch for a counter.

SpaceMonster: 470 HP

Machman.exe: 80 HP
Aera.SP: 40 HP
Machman delivers a punch and slides back to Aera, she's already charging up for another attack.
Man, this thing can take a hit.
Mazer's voice comes in through Machman's ear pylons; he sounds calm and confident in his partners' abilities.
[Time to take out all of the stops! Engaging XIIICross!]
Understood.

((Cue Music!))

Machman's eyes start to change to a bright orange as the air around him stats to twist around him, and the temperature starts to rise at an alarming rate. The middle section of his ear pylons opens, allowing the back end to slide out and extend their lengths by nearly 6 inches. The backs of his forearm armor stretches back, covering his elbows. By that time, the temperature reaches an incredibly volatile state. A spark comes from one of the red crystals on his hands, causing the air around him to explode into a large tornado of flames and smoke.

Covered by the torrent of flames, his body begins to change even more. His metallic hair changes into actual hair, his bangs a pure white, and the rest of his hair a deep red that twists and forms into a long-thick braid that extends past his waist. His chest armor changed into a bright red shirt, fastened with several golden buttons and ends with his polished gold shoulder plates. Pair of white cargo pants covers his lower torso with flames emblazoned on the bottoms. The detail and brightness of the flames makes them appear so real that you'd be afraid to touch the design out of fear of getting burned. His boots remain its original blue color, but the soles lose their boot thrusters but are made of a better material to give traction when running.

The wings floating behind his back paired up and fused together, they were glowing like molten metal from the heat, so they form together easily. The two masses of metal stretch and bend sharply into a pair of massive cleaver-like swords. Their lengths cause the tips to pierce through the torrent of flames. They tear thorough the fiery tornado and cut it to pieces in seconds. Machman's eyes glow bright orange as the flames disperse, his entire body distorted by an aura of superheated air surrounding him.

...

Machman's right arm swings forward towards the monster as his twin blades move over his arm and combine. As the blades form a large black triple-barreled cannon, Aera takes aim towards the blob. Her arm crackles with electricity as she fires an electrical bolt towards the massive blob. Machman locks on to the spacemonster and fires his massive weapon, the large magnum round bursting from the barrel and making a massive orange ring over 10 feet across just in front of the barrel. The massive boom rocks the area and the barrel slides back from the force of the blast in an attempt to ease the recoil. Machman quickly drops the weapon and blurs out of sight. In a split second, he picks up speed and leaps into the air. He re-appears a dozen feet above the space blob, his right hand raised over his head. He grips a large iron ball and aims down towards the blob. He throws the cannonball straight down, the speed of the projectile making visible streaks in the air as it barrels towards the enemy below.

Still perched in the air, his left hand grips a smaller round object, which he quickly throws down towards the blob before it has a chance to react. As soon as the bomb leaves his hand, it expands into a large stone weight several feet across. As it plummets towards the blob, Machman blurs out of sight again, returning to his blades floating patiently next to Aera. He reappears and opens his hands. Kaji and Hono obediently float to his hands, ready to be the tools that bring down the monstrosity before them. Machman swings his right sword, Kaji, across his body, creating a massive wave of heat and flames that zooms towards the blob. The flames stretch and curve into a shape reminiscent of a fiery bird soaring through the air. Machman stands in front of Aera, prepared to defend her with everything he has.

Ok, it just fucking dies as Machmanand Aera blast the goddamn thing full of all kinds of flaming bullets, Cannonballs, giant weights, and electric blasts of doom and destruction, making the whole thing just dissipate into thin air, no sign of the scientist or anything.

Maybe they went... a little.... overboard.

"Ok... uh, just run the routines through the control panel I guess," Mark instructed, kind of dazed by Machman's destructive power.

After a few moments, the satellite seemed to be repairing itself essentially. The mission was a success.

"Alright, well, head back to the starting point, we'll get you back from there," Mark instructed after it was all done.
The blob flat out evaporates under the hail of fire, the network going quiet. Machman continues to look around for a few moments, before his body glows blue and changes back to his normal state.

Target destroyed. I'm proceeding to the control panel.
[Great work! Stand by, you will be talked through the procedure to get this thing up and running.]
Though both Machman and Mazer seemed fairly calm and collected, Aera was nearly bursting with joy.
Wow!!! We took that thing down like it wasn't even there! You were incredible, Mach!
She bounces after him and hugs him from behind. He looks back and chuckles before looking back at the control panel in front of him. His arms free of Aera's grip, he listens to the scientist's instructions and activates the essential routines for the satellite. Once everything checks out, he steps away from the console.
[Alright, you heard Mark. Time to head back.]
Understood. Let's go home, Aera.
Aera hums in agreement and the pair's wing thrusters kick on, moving them back towards their insertion point.

((Ready))
Machman and Aera race back to the entry point and all seems fine.

"Right, starting the fold pack sequenc- OH GOD WHAT IS THAT?" Mark screamed, pointing behind Machman and Aera.

Turning around too late, the AIs find themselves bound in all sorts of places by grey tentacles.

"If... if I can't escape here.... neither can you two!" Virus Malfunct yelled, the tentacles coming from his body.

"Professor! Stop this! It's over already! Can't you see?" Mark protested, trying to reason with the deranged human.

"Shut up! You all wouldn't listen! So you'll pay! I will become an existence no one can defy! You two will make the perfect fusion material!" the professor cackled as Machman and Aera were pressed into the vast depths of the entity's body.

It seemed that chips wouldn't go through and sig attacks wouldn't go through.

Through all the grey goop, Machman and Aera could still reach each other and take the other's hand to pray for some way to get out of this.

((Simply roleplay your navi and support program's throughts and feeling in this situation.))
Machman and Aera try to turn back, but are quickly restrained by masses of tentacles. Aera screams in shock as she's completely immobilized. ((Must... fight... dirty thoughts.... DX))
What the? This thing won't stay down! Mazer, requesting chips!
Machman and Aera struggle against the blob, but the enemy's grip is solid as steel. Machman tries to wait for the chips, but a message pops up showing a signal loss from the PET. The blob starts to form, the tentacles retracting into its body and dragging the pair with it. Aera tries to reach out to Machman.
Machman! Help!!!
Using all the strength he had, he manages to move his arm close enough to take Aera's hand into his. They hold on tight as they are drawn into the blobs body.

Standing in SciLabs, Mazer tries to upload chips as fast as he can. However; mid-way through uploading his first chip, a screen pops up showing the PET has lost contact with Machman. "Machman? Are you there? Machman! Respond!"

As Machman and Aera are completely enveloped in the blob's body, they are freed from the iron grip of the tentacles. Though they cannot speak, they communicate to each other through the pylons over their ears.
Machman, I'm scared!
Machman takes her other hand, and draws her to him.
It's alright, Aera. We'll find a way out... I hope.
She embraces Machman, tears in her eyes. Machman tries to find somewhere, anywhere that could be a possible escape route. Unfortunately, he couldn't find anything, plus his thrusters are absolutely filled with gunk, so they were useless now. Machman looks back down to Aera, and hugs her tight.
No matter what happens, I'll always be here with you.
Aera looks up to Machman and smiles weakly, trying to stop the tears flowing down her face.
I... I love you, Aera.
Machman and Aera continue their embrace as they sink deeper into the blob. Machman is content with staying with Aera till the end, but a voice deep inside him, deeper than his mind; seemingly coming from his very soul starts to ring in his head.

You're giving up? You have too much you still need to figure out! There are still questions to be answered! Don't you want to find out who you really are? Well, do you?!? ANSWER ME!!!
((Sorry, this was pretty fitting))

The struggle seems to be useless and all hope is lost, but at what seemed the pinnacle of disaster, the fold packs on both Machman and Aera's backs activated, but instead of carrying them back, the two seemed to be radiating with a great surge of power. The Speed Demon shined blue while the Sparkling Angel emanated a great orange, their data seemed to resonate highly with each other.

"What? Is this the... No! Impossible!" Virus Malfunct screamed, the resonance of the two beings' power becoming too much for him to contain.

"It's over, professor! Your evil ways have come to an end... More importantly, you've died 3 years ago researching in vain!" Mark cried, giving realization to the scientist.

"I've.. died? No! I will live on! You cannot stop-RARGH!" the SciLab Space Professor growled as Machman and Aera's data burst from his form, seeming to combine with each other.

"A junction? But they couldn't combine in battle so why now-?" Virus groaned, clutching his injury.

"The fold packs were originally there to connect data from far-away places to an access point, so they're merging their data?" Mark gasped as Machman and Aera's data completely fused, spreading blue and orange waves of energy screaming through the area.

It seemed they had to take one powerful charge shot at the guy.

The appearance was...?

((Er- Go describe the appearance of like, a fused Aera and Machman and then spend like one action on this entity's charge shot. I'll modpost after that and um, send you back to the normal nets, where you can then jack-out.))
((No complaints here! :3))

Machman's eyes open to see the area around them bathed in bright light. Aera was absolutely radiating bright waves of orange energy as she stared deeply into his eyes.
He's right, you know. We cannot give up, there is still so much more we must accomplish... together!
Machman stares back at her, stunned that she was able to hear his very soul as it demanded that he should continue to fight. Still unaware of the origin or purpose of the brilliant light surrounding them, he has an overwhelming feeling of harmony with Aera. It feels like he has become one with Aera's thoughts, feelings, and desires. He could also feel something inside him, something so familiar that it had to be the essence of the beautiful woman in his arms. They both close their eyes as the light becomes blindingly bright. Their features are obscured by the blend of orange and blue light as they seem to mold together as one.

Arms, legs, heads, chests, backs, and fingers; minds and souls, all together as one. They could feel their entire beings coming together like a lock and key of perfect unity. The light explodes as their body completes its transformation. Though Machman's frame still remains, their head is adorned with a V-shaped crest with one of Aera's red crystals planted in the center. Their hairstyle is longer, formed into larger metallic spikes, none of it obscuring their glowing cyan eyes. Their wrists and tops of their boots are equipped with golden bracers, and their chest sports the second of Aera's jewels right in the center. Their 6 wings float behind them, arranged like that of a bird with wings in full spread. Little cyan flickers of light form around the thrust nozzles of their wings, igniting them and creating a large spread of cyan energy.

The bonds of love are unbreakable! You are wrong to attempt to sever this union. Receive your punishment!!![font=Arial][/font]

The bright cyan glow is accompanied by the crimson glow of the 4 jewels on their head, chest, and hands. Their respective glows shine brighter and brighter, almost drowning out the light of their magnificent cyan wings. They can no longer hold back the energy congregating to the four points on their body, and release it in one burst. Four large beams of pure red energy blast forth from their chest, head, hands, tearing away at the blobs body. The beams swing back and forth, covering the entire area round them with the piercing rays of crimson light.

Blasting back into the SciLab system, Machman and Aera separated and floated apart, but danced in a circle while hovering on the ground. The strength of their bonds were true, and Mazer might have to look into that power later on. The Fold packs clunked to the ground, deattaching from the two's backs. Had these things prompted their combined form? It pretty much looked like it.

"Hmmm... Wonderful job. Well, you can report back to the GNA. I think I'll tell them to send you something by mail later," Mark said to Mazer.

-MISSION COMPLETE-
Machman and Aera emerge from the rapidly disappearing space blob. Their bodies separate from eachother, and they both slump to the ground. Machman is down on one knee, Aera cradled in his arms. His head hangs low, is body completely drained ((Insert sex jokes here)). As the fold packs jettison from their backs, Mazer's voice comes in.

[Thank god you are both alright! What happened in there?]
Machman raises is head and responds.
Its a long story... I'll tell you later.
[Alright. Machman and Aera, Log out.]
Machman nods... well, his head drops... and they both glow cyan as they warp out of the network.

((Logged Out))
