Shelving Burt/Exorcist

I'd like to shelve Burt and Exxy and return Rania and MeleeMan. The link to all of Rania's stuff is here:

I'm planning to make a bunch of profile edits to Rania/MeleeMan's sheets once I get them unshelved, and as for the signature attacks (which I'm fairly certain aren't currently complying to regulations), I'll be purchasing process upgrades before I get back to battling which will allow me to modify them.
