We have an urgent situation in the Netfrica area. We've located a small net-terroists' hideout but most of them are on the run. Head to the designated Normal Network coordinates and one of our officers will brief you in on the full situation.
But in all regards you need to chase these guys down before they take any civilians hostage or anything.

The mission was a success. We were able to stop the Cartel's activity, but we unfortunately suffered heavy casualty in the end when one of the experimented navi went berserk. We were able to subdue the threat, but we were unable to completely wipe out the Cartel threat.
