Name: Broadside.GMB (Graphic Model Base)

Appearance: Broadside.EXE, in this, his regular form, stands a towering 5 meters tall, and weighs in at approximately 120 metric tons. His form is that of a heavily armed and armored war machine; designed with heavy network combat in mind.
The Body is obviously heavily armored (mecha-style). The armor itself is quite blocky in appearance, with colors ranging from White in some spots, to Black in others. Each "piece" of the armor is uniformly colored, aside from the occasional Red-color markings or (illegible) print. The upper portion of the body is a bit broader than the lower portion. The left and right torso appear to be modified for concealing hidden weaponry. There are also weapon/jet pods mounted on his back. They are white with gray and black accents. They allow for limited flight capability, and facilitate more than one of Broadside.EXE's attacks. The torso is capable of 360 Degree rotation (back-stabbers beware).
The Navi's right arm, aside from being encased in white armor with grey-and-black accent parts, ends in a normal, yet fairly large mechanical hand. There is a large white squared-off sheild mounted on the upper-arm on the right side. This sheild can rotate, and extend smaller plates from the top and the bottom when defending. The shield itself stands almost as tall as Broadside when the extension plates are deployed, and is 2/3 the width of his body, regardless.
The Navi's left arm is simply a nondescript looking dark-gray-colored "box" that is as long as the Navi is tall. The appendage appears to be a very large, if crude, chisel. It's width is uniform until it narrows to a wide-edged point (much like a stake) starting very close to the long-end of the "arm." This arm can only pivot up and down, no side-to-side movement is possible. This arm houses several weapon programs, and will open in different places to launch various Navi attacks and chips. The Frag-Shot Cannon, Bunker Buster Howitzer, and Deletion Cannon are housed here.
The legs are encased in very solid-looking armor, sporting jets that allow rapid movement and the ability to jump and hover. These jets are internal, and angle out of the lower portion of the Navi's armored legs. There are also spiked anchors mounted on hinges at approximately where the Navi's ankles should be. These are used to anchor Broadside.EXE to the ground for some of his more... spectacular attacks.
The top half of the Navi's face is covered by an opaque grey metallic face-plate, with the lower half of the face being visible. The face-plate appears solid from the outside, with no visual scopes or lights of any kind being visible (aka: it looks plain). A boom-mic curves around in front of the mouth from the left side of the Navi's helmet. A pair of antennae rise up from both sides of the helmet (thats 4 total) right about where the Navi's ears would be from a disk-like protrusion. The ones in the front are longer than the ones in the back, but they all angle up and backwards. The Navi's lower face is human-like. It is impossible to tell how the Navi can see at all, just from looking at it.

In this form, Broadside.EXE's Navi Emblem is mounted on the center of his shield, and on both ear-covers. The symbol is a picture of a modern cannon shell on a dark blue background.

Charged Shot (Elec):
Meason Shatter Blast: Broadside deploys the Meason Shatter Gun, and charges the energy weapon. At max charge, the beam scatter cannon erupts with a deafening blast that slams one target with a spread of high density particle bolts. Deals [Power * Charge * 8] Elec Damage on impact.

Melee Attack (Null):
Power Jab: Broadside executes a quick jab attack that deals [Power * Rapid * 2] Null Damage to the target.

Charged Melee (Elec):
Gigas Fist: Broadside closes his only hand into an enormous fist, twists his torso to wind up for the punch, charges it with electricity, and then lets fly with an extremely powerful punch that shatters even the strongest armor like a sledgehammer hitting glass. Name: White Guard.GMO
GMO #: 01

Description:

In this form, Broadside becomes a normal, 6-foot tall humanoid Navi. He is clad in a gun-metal colored Navi's body suit made of the data-form equivalent of Kevlar and Spider's Silk that covers him from the neck-down. As a departure from the norm, the body suit does not feature a side-stripe. Over this, Broadside wears a set of customized Guard Navi's torso armor. The nearly inch-thick solid white-metal armor covers his upper torso and both shoulders; providing decent protection against net hazards. The armor also provides a mount point for his custom back-unit.
The back unit itself, at first glance, appears to be a slightly larger version of the average generic units seen on old-model Official Navis. It is sloped, and has a vaguely hexagonal shape to it, but also stands out an extra inch or two as a solid base has been added to it; giving it extra depth. The unit features two enlarged upper-canting cylinders that appear to be normal Custom-Style attachments, but actually slide open to reveal directional thrusters. The unit also features six (instead of two) lower-canting cylinders. There is also a magnetic rack-mount on the back unit for storing Broadside's Guard Rifle.
In addition to the torso armor, Broadside wears a simple articulated mail belt around his waist. His lower legs are similarly encased in white-armored greaves and boots; the latter featuring small thrusters for added mobility. He also wears a pair of armored braces and matching gauntlets on his fore arms; the latter being powered to compensate for the added bulk of the armor.
On a peculiar (to everyone else) note, Broadside's left arm, armor and all, rests in a simple plain cloth sling. There is actually nothing at all wrong with his left arm in this form, as it is neither injured nor broken. However, as his regular form's left arm is that of a massive cannon, Broadside has fallen into the habit of not using his left arm for much of anything, as one can't do much with a gun-for-an-arm when it comes to daily tasks. He has instead learned how to do just about everything he needs to with only his right arm, even being able to perform a few 2-handed tasks with just the one arm. On the flip-side, his manual dexterity with his left arm suffers greatly from chronic disuse.
Broadside wears an open-faced white armored helmet over his head. The helmet features a command antenna that rises from the top of his right ear cover that allows him to communicate with combat support programs, or even other Navis, even during intense combat. A clear glass visor with a built in HUD covers the upper part of Broadside's face, falling down across his deep blue colored eyes.
In this form, Broadside.EXE's Navi Emblem is mounted on both ear-covers. The symbol is a picture of a modern cannon shell on a dark blue background.

Guard Rifle Rev-114/B
Broadside carries a simple, yet odd-looking three and a half foot long rifle. The rifle's surface is smooth and blocky, yet lacking in sharp edges. The main barrel is squared, rather than round, is twice as tall as it is wide, and features unusually thick barrel walls. A secondary weapon emitter is attached to the underside of the main barrel, near the base. The rifle is linear in design, with the grip arranged in-line behind the barrel and situated between two extensions of the weapon above and below. The upper section, functionally serves as a recoil brace, but also houses a recessed gun sight that Broadside may look through using a smart-gun data link. The lower section serves as a hand guard, and also houses the attack data receiver port where 'chip clips' and 'aux uplink cables' may be connected or inserted. The rifle was designed with one-handed operation in mind (that includes shooting, mode switching, and reloading), and is nearly indestructible, besides.


In-Battle:
Broadside must shift back to his original form to use most of his Sig Attacks. The rest of his abilities, however, manifest themselves in their own way.

Name: Avecia.GMB (Graphic Model Base)

*Note: This is the GMO manifestation of Avecia. Avecia is not Broadside.

Appearance: Avecia is a Next Gen model female Navi of average height (about 5'10") and slender build, with large white feathered wings sprouting from her back. She has shoulder length platinum-white hair, blue eyes, and fair skin tone. Like most Navis, she has a bodysuit, silver in color, although it does not cover her neck or arms. Over this, she wears a silver colored silk robe that covers her from the neck down. The robe features loose sleeves that stop at the elbow and a hood, which is usually left down, that piles about Avecia's neck, and does not get in the way of her wings. The robe is belted at the waist with a dark red cloth sash. The sash is tied and knotted to one side and features small coin-like medallions which dangle on the ends of the sash as weights to keep the ends out of the way. Hanging from the sash at her left hip is a simple unadorned broadsword sheath made of redwood with a silver ring guard and end-cap. The robe ends a hand full of inches from the ground, allowing Avecia's simple brown traveler's boots to be seen. She does not wear gloves or headgear of any kind, and her ear covers are usually hidden by her hair.

Avecia's wings are a great deal larger than first impressions would convey. When unfurled and fully extended, her wing span is a magnificent eighteen feet, which allows for bird-like flight and easy soaring glides. However, this large wingspan is usually folded up and comfortably resting against Avecia's back in a much more compact and less cumbersome cape of feathers.

Avecia's weapon of choice, which rests at her side in it's redwood sheath, is a simple one-handed broadsword. The weapon is roughly three and a half feet in length from tip to pommel, and weighs all of four pounds. The smooth double edged blade is roughly three feet in length, and approximately three inches wide from edge to edge. It has a simple silver cross guard and a well worn and taped handle. The sword is purely functional, and totally lacks any sort of ornamentation. It is also nearly indestructible.

Avecia's Navi Emblem is imprinted upon her ear-covers only. The Emblem is a picture of a broadsword with the blade pointing downwards and the handle to the sky. A halo rings the hilt, and white feathered wings reach around from behind the sword to cross tips before the blade. The image is imprinted on a black background.


--In-Battle--
As Avecia is patched into Broadside's coding, she shares his current HP and status. This of course means she is also Elec/Break type, and has access to all of Broadside's battle chips and signatures. It also means she is totally incapable of unassisted flight. However, Avecia is not Broadside. Her personality, decision making, and abilities are vastly different from his. This quickly becomes apparent upon encountering her.


--Custom Combat Abilities--
Buster Shot (Null):
Feathers of Light: Avecia flaps her wings, sending [Power * Rapid * 2] number of energy darts flying from the tips of her feathers. The volley of projectiles will strike the target at almost the same instant, dealing damage equal to the number of 'Feathers of Light' that connect.

Charged Shot (Elec):
Thunderbird's Down: Avecia holds her Broadsword high above her head, the blade pointing into the sky. Lightning strikes the blade, and electricity courses douwn her arm and into her body. She suddenly spreads her wings, curving the tips skyward as electricity is absorbed into them. Her wings produce a flash, and beams of energy shoot into the air.... only to fall once again, converging on a single luckless target for [Power * Charge * 8] Elec Damage.

Melee Attack (Null):
Light Blast: Avecia emits a burst of spiritual energy from her hand, dealing [Power * Rapid * 2] Null Damage on contact. This burst has a limited range of about two feet, thus she doesn't have to be in actual physical contact to strike a target.

Charged Melee (Elec):
Sword Spire: Avecia raises the blade of her broadsword towards the sky, calling down a thunderbolt to strike the blade, charging it with electricity. She then attempts to stab her foe with the thunderstruck blade for [Power * Charge * 8] Elec Damage. As this is a stabbing attack, it does not deal Slashing Damage.

Description: Ro takes the form of an Official Navi, with standard issue Guard Navi specifications. His armor is white with silver and gray accents, and includes torso armor, gloves, braces, boots, vambraces, and a helmet. His armor is worn over a standard issue near-black bluish-gray body suit. Upon his back, he wears a white Custom Style back unit. Both his armor and his back unit feature hidden thruster ports for increased mobility at need.

Ro carries fairly standard issue gear for his role, including a copy of Broadside's versatile Guard Rifle and a Battle Shield. The Guard Rifle is stored slung over Ro's back, and is wielded in his right hand. The Battle Shield is generally worn strapped to Ro's left arm or is carried in his left hand. It is a little more than four and a half feet long, and a bit over two feet wide at its widest. It is smooth and curving, somewhat ovoid in appearance, and is the same color as Ro's armor. When in use, an electromagnetic field is projected along the shield's surface, which either helps bolster the shield's defensive properties slightly or delivers a nasty shock when Ro smacks someone with it.

Ro, unlike most SP's, has both an emblem medallion on his torso armor and a Navi's earcovers. There is only a blank red background, roughly the color of his eyes, printed upon them. As he is an SP, no Navi Emblem is actually present. This pseudo-emblem is a feature common to all members of Broadside's squad.

Note: This SP was originally Guard1.SP, however Avecia decided to call him Ro. The name stuck, as he now answers to it.

Personality: Ro is a very low-key kind of guy. He's usually quiet and observant, and generally gives off a rock steady impression. Although quiet, he is by no means stupid, and will occasionally offer advice from time to time. If not advice, a witticism or his take on whatever matter the group is currently focused on. Ro does not anger easily, and is generally able to put up with quite a lot by virtue (and vice) of picturing the offender in some sort of satirical light. He generally ends up amused at the person or situation, rather than ticked-off. Whether or not Ro possesses adequate tact is debatable, as he seems to waver back and forth across that particular line at times.

- Description: This is the signature manifestation of Ro's Riot Shield, which is usually lashed to his left arm. It allows Ro to defend against 1 non-Break attack each turn with the electromagnetic field generator built into his shield. After taking a hit, the field generator takes a little time to cycle back up and produce another defensive field. Without this field, the shield would likely be unable to stop most forms of attack.

Description: Nadia takes the form of an Official Navi, with standard issue Guard Navi specifications. Her armor is white with silver and gray accents, and includes torso armor, gloves, braces, boots, vambraces, and a helmet. Her armor is worn over a standard issue near-black bluish-gray body suit. Upon her back, she wears a modified white Custom Style back unit that features an extra pair of tall, but thin communication antennae that rise from the top. Both her armor and her back unit feature hidden thruster ports for increased mobility at need. Her helmet also features a command antenna on the right side of her helmet that rises from the earcover on that side, identical in every way to the one on Broadside's WhiteGuard helmet.

Nadia's role as an SP is unprecedented; she is both a commander and a spotter. Thus her gear is something of a matching mishmash. She carries a pair of black and silver automatic blaster pistols that feature under-barrel laser sights for painting targets. The pistols are rugged, durable, and somewhat heavy, thanks to a very solid frame assembly. The guns also feature a squared barrel, just like the Guard Rifles, and a full fledged hand guard that gives the weapons an over-all trapezoidal outline.

The other noteworthy piece of gear Nadia carries is the modified command pack on her back. This unit allows her to receive chip data directly from the PET, and transfer it to the other SPs of Broadside's squad without having to materialize it herself first. Once transfered, Nadia need only bark orders and light up a target, and the members of the squad granted this chip data will rise up and attack. Not even Broadside, the squad's Navi master, has this capability.

Nadia, unlike most SP's, has both an emblem medallion on her torso armor and a Navi's earcovers. There is only a blank orange background, roughly the color of her eyes, printed upon them. As she is an SP, no Navi Emblem is actually present. This pseudo-emblem is a feature common to all members of Broadside's squad.

Personality: Nadia is a tomboy. She is a bit wild, very much energetic, and seemingly impulsive. Seemingly. She is quite capable of thinking on her feet, and is very much calculating despite any impressions she gives off to the contrary. It is this decisiveness that really lends itself to her role within the squad as XO. Despite first impressions, the fuse on Nadia's temper is a long one, as she tends to brush off most everything and will likely as not fire barbs right back at her hecklers.... Although, she may clobber someone for the fun of it anyway. If you were looking for lady like, Nadia is not it.

Twin Blaster Pistols: Pistol Whip (20 Null <Cannot be Imbued>): Nadia's pistols are a lot heavier than they look, and virtually indestructible too boot. Wild as Nadia is, she is not afraid to haul off and club someone with one of them, which is exactly what this attack is. One pistol is enough to execute this attack.

Nadia shouts this order during combat, and two allies of her choice suddenly find themselves donning protective gear because they damn sure won't disobey her. They don't want to know what could happen if they didn't.... Fortunately, the process is practically automated, and the armor simply forms itself over the bewildered recipients who likely aren't carrying any armor to don. Did we mention her orders Will Be Obeyed?

"Callin' the Shot!" : (Cost: 40) (Passive: Take Aim (Squad Members Only))
- Description: Nadia's twin blaster pistols are each equipped with TAG (Target Acquisition Gear) sensors, as is fitting of her role as a spotter. She need only point her pistols at the target, and transmit her targeting data to the ally she's spotting for while issuing orders to hit the target she's painting. Nadia knows better than to stay in one place long enough for someone to nail her with a counter attack, thus she can only spare enough time and effort to paint targets for a single ally's long range attack once per turn. When the shot is called, the squad member she sends the attack orders to will be compelled to attack her designated target, or else. Did we mention her orders Will Be Obeyed?

Note: Nadia also does not directly benefit from this skill, as she cannot mark targets for her own attacks. This is because attacking would almost certainly require her to move her TAG equipped pistols, which breaks the lock.

Description: Rosa takes the form of an Official Navi, with standard issue Guard Navi specifications, with allowances made for her feminine frame. Her armor is white with silver and gray accents, and includes torso armor, gloves, braces, boots, vambraces, and a helmet. Her armor is worn over a standard issue near-black bluish-gray body suit. Upon her back, he wears a white Custom Style back unit. Both her armor and her back unit feature hidden thruster ports for increased mobility at need. Her helmet and shoulder armor plates each feature a green-and-white cross, signifying her role as Medic.

Rosa's role within the squad is as much mechanic as it is medic; understandable given one of her regular patients is a 5 meter tall battlemech most days. She carries a standard issue copy of Broadside's Guard Rifle, and nothing else. Any gear she may need for administering first aid or emergency repairs she is able to summon and dismiss at need from her own personal memory banks. This gear ranges from absolutely anything and everything a medic could ever want in the field, to a garage-load of tools any mechanic could ask for.... well, almost.

Rosa, unlike most SP's, has both an emblem medallion on her torso armor and a Navi's earcovers. There is only a blank pink background, roughly the color of her eyes, printed upon them. As she is an SP, no Navi Emblem is actually present. This pseudo-emblem is a feature common to all members of Broadside's squad.

Note: Broadside has given up on naming his own SPs at this point. No mention of the name Medic1.SP has ever been made, and sure enough, the new nameless SP identified herself as Rosa the very next day.

Personality: Rosa is a little difficult to fathom. When left to her own devices, she is usually quietly absorbed in her own thoughts, whatever they may be. She isn't generally prone to sharing those thoughts either. Aside from this, she is a considerate individual, but a little on the passive side. She prefers to work in the background, rather than draw attention to herself. In social situations, she is surprisingly relaxed and easy to talk to.

Guard Rifle: Double Meason Shot (10 Elec x 2 Shots): Rosa points the business end of the Guard Rifle at the target, and fires a low damage energy bolt from each of the rifle's twin barrels; one after the other.

???: Improvised Deconstruction (20 Null <Cannot be Imbued>): There is literally no telling what Rosa will do to someone who menaces her in melee range, except you know it will involve the non-standard, and perhaps illegal application of engineering tools on her adversary's person. And under no circumstances will she ever throw her tools as replacing them takes a lot of effort on her part.

Hammer Space Help? : (Cost: 40) (30 HP Recovery, 1 TCD)
- Description: Kind of a strange ability... Rosa is able to designate a target, and a set of medical equipment or tools simply appears around them and proceeds to administer medical or mechanical help to the target. Afterwords, the set of equipment vanishes. Rosa never has to lift a finger. She never has nor will explain how she does it, or where the tools come from or go back to.
