Appearance:
Tempest's physique is curvaceous with long, slender legs; full, pouty lips; and a small beauty mark on the right side of her face. Her hair has the form of a wispy cloud with two matching raindrop shaped earrings. Her armour, also designed to look puffy and cloud-like, covers only the upper half of her torso. The remainder of her body is covered with zigzags that run across her body. She also wears a pair of high-heeled stiletto boots.
Personality: A normally bubbly and carefree navi, Tempest somewhat mirrors her NetOp in that her primary concerns are fashion and not over-exerting herself. One major difference is her tempermental attitude when it comes to arguments.
