Breakage of Skulls

Alright, I am registering two sigs right now. One of them is passive:

Description: Drawing on his every reserve of strength, Tranum delivers a fearsome blow to his foe, cleaving through shield and foe alike, sending them sprawling.
Okay, I'm going to try this again.

Except this time, I'm going to do it differently.

First of all, I would like to scrap my current Sig Attack, Flurry. I would like to replace it with one of the sigs from the above post, namely Skull Breaker, which I shall quote here for convenience:
