Effect: When using healing abilities during the round in which this ability is used, the splash and spread effects occur healing one ally for half the amount healed and another ally for the full amount healed when healing abilities are used on another target. The maximum amount of healing this may apply to is 75, but this cannot generate the healing in any way.

Splitman is encompassed in a glowing light that allows him to heal all those surrounding him simultaniously.

Effect: Using this signature takes an action. For the rest of the round recovery abilities used by Splitman may gain the Spread and Splash abilities. Functionally this means that each time he uses a recovery ability an additional target is healed for full and an additional target is healed for half of the healing performed. Individuals cannot be targeted multiple times due to these effects. The maximum amount of healing that can be effected by this in total is 75 before modification. If a use of recovery were to make the total effected exceed 75, the use gains nothing. When the total amount of healing altered reaches 75 or the turn ends, the ability ends.

Short Version: Up to 75 damage healed this round by Splitman effects 2 additional targets. One is healed for full, the other for half of the initial amount.
