Wiping those out, I would now like to do two things:
First, I would like to rename any Clockshift: Blue sigs I have to Clockshift: Sapphire, as I will be removing them soon enough.
Second, I would like to use the title of Clockshift: Blue for this effect...
Passive: Nachahmen gains a 1-hit barrier each turn, and may select an alternate target to affect. Further, if the FirstBarrier NCP is equipped, it is shut down, instead giving Nac another 1-hit barrier.
Point Cost: 20 Passive (80) (After a chat with PaladinGC, it is my knowledge that NCP assistance is this particular manner is both allowed and free, although if someone disagrees, then w/e.)
