Besides, your Signature Attack isn't right... It needs damage and turn cooldown to work... And we expect to see more details in registrations... Even if you didn't rip this off, you wouldn't get in.
Also... Two guns in one hand? He'd need either A. very looooong fingers or B. a mutation at birth. I doubt either is the case.
