Rayner.EXE

Without further ado I wish to remove

Personality: Rayner is clearly a veteran of the Net, he's knowlegable about virus busting and ebb and flow of the Net in general. While he has a tense relationship with Karin, Joan's aunt, he's friendly enough with his new Operator. He enjoys teasing Joan, both about her ignorance of the Net and things she is shy about in general. Rayner enjoys teasing people in a friendly manner, and seems to lack a sense of shame if it allows him to taunt another. He enjoys helping people though, and is serious in his endeavors to help Joan become more efficient at using the Net and in building her confidence. He enjoys being mysterious and acting wise, especially if he can use these traits to set someone up for a joke later on.

Rayner is an outgoing guy and believes laughter brings people happiness, even if it is at the expense of someone else. Granted, his brand of humor generally runs towards friendly teasing and pranks but occasionally he'll mishit and connect below the belt. He tries to make up for these, usually by acting outrageous and attempting to draw any unpleasant laughter his way. Despite his ridiculous actions, he is serious about helping people and can be quite diligent in these attempts. Unfortunately he's also diligent in keeping major grudges and though he may act as if he likes someone again, sometimes the truth is quite different.

EDIT
Also replacing his custom weapon from

Custom Weapon: Rayner's claw generates electricity that he can fire towards his opponent.

Rayner's claw closes begins to whirl wildly, turning into a blur as it draws small streams of data from the net towards it. Abruptly the claw snaps open and the whirling stops, only for the claw to snap shut on the gathered data. His arm reconfigures into a cannon like structure, with the data compressed and trapped inside to be used as ammunition.
So you're saying Rayner.EXE's custom weapon is a buster that forms in place of his claw arm?
Yeah it'll work better with some history stuff. :f
Cool, approved
