Subtype Change, Again

To put it simply, changing ViralMan's subtype from Variable to Bug. I was using Variable originally since I didn't really intend to use bugs and the like. Now I've decided to try to throw some fun status effects on ViralMan's signatures, so I think Bug would be more appropriate.

I also don't intend to jump right into adding glitches to everything I do, so this is more of a cosmetic change at the moment.

Normally we need some IC justification as to why you're changing subtypes, but since this is VIRALMAN and BUG we're talking about, I think I'm good. Approved.
